Robert Gonder, LCPC

Bob joined Cedar Ridge Counseling Centers in the fall of 2007.  He works with individuals, couples, and families.

Bob completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Baltimore in 1995.  He remained there for graduate studies and completed his Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, with a concentration in counseling, in 1998.  Bob then served in the public mental health community for the next 10 years, working with individuals and groups suffering from chronic mental health issues (ie. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, addictions, personality disorders, etc…).  For the last 3 years of his tenure, Bob served as Clinic Director before resigning and coming to Cedar Ridge.

Bob has experience working with a vast array of populations and brings a unique skill set of solution focused, behavioral, and holistic modalities.  He enjoys exploring family dynamics and facilitating both individual and environmental changes.

In his spare time, Bob is a musician and can be seen playing percussion and Native American flute at local coffee houses.  He also teaches flute and facilitates workshops in the community.

Bob is currently accepting new patients in the Westminster Office by appointment.
