Jennifer specializes in helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions by using a client centered, compassionate, and holistic approach. Ms. Peterson utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavior therapy skills, including mindfulness. She is passionate about helping her clients incorporate healthy living skills as they pertain to the mind/body connection and emotional healing.
