Mary Beth is new to Cedar Ridge Counseling Centers, but has over 20 years of experience in the field of social work. Early in her career Mary Beth specialized in children and families; however, over the past 15 years has been working with adults as her primary area of interest.
Mary Beth’s clinical focus includes treating depression, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, parenting and relationship Issues, self-esteem and stress/coping.
She utilizes a holistic approach to treatment and welcomes feedback from clients throughout the treatment process. She has experience in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
