Jessica Luty-Kabrhel (LCSW-C) brings over two decades of therapeutic expertise to her practice. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from Smith Colllege, she has dedicated her career to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. In addition to individual therapy, she has been a mentor and supervisor for fellow therapists for the past 15 years. Specializing in trauma recovery, relationships to self and others, life transitions, and depression, Jessica employs a curious, caring, person-centered, holistic approach.
Jessica aims to empower clients to find peace, healing, self-acceptance, and fulfillment in all areas of life. She practices with the mission of helping clients feel most free. Clients describe her as warm, thoughtful, genuine, and relatable in her approach ot therapy and appreciate her belief that each client is the expert in their own mental health. Her years of experience inform her approach and she practices with a keen sense of gratitude for the privilege of helping people live better, happier, and lighter lives.
